Christovich & Kearney Sponsors 16th Annual LSBA Conclave on Diversity in the Legal Profession

The firm continued its long history of supporting the Louisiana State Bar Association's premier DEI event on August 9 in New Orleans. The Conclave is designed to encourage a discussion among judges and attorneys (primarily hiring and managing attorneys within law firms and agencies) about diversity, equity, and inclusion within the legal profession and tools they can use to effectively manage diversity/inclusion in their offices and in their practices. Firm partners, John Nieset, Christy McMannen, and Sherman Boughton, were in attendance. Nieset, managing partner of the firm, said of the program, "The LSBA's Committee on Diversity in the Profession consistently puts together an all-star line up of speakers and moderators who present on this important topic. We are pleased to co-sponsor the Conclave and look forward to doing so again next year."
