Terry Gay is an experienced litigator. Her practice has included medical device and drug litigation, class action and mass torts, products liability, contract and construction litigation, and medical malpractice. She has represented companies in civil fraud litigation, including director and officer liability. Her practice areas also include construction, insurance, and transportation law.

Ms. Gay served as president of the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel, and as an executive committee member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
